We, Stu and Denise Sinclair, purchased the Northwoods Motel in June of 2025. We were looking for an opportunity to move into Wisconsin's beautiful northwoods after spending summers vacationing in the area. After stumbling upon the Northwoods Motel, we took the chance and moved our family to Hayward. You may see our kids helping out and welcoming guests around our cozy 9 room motel.
