The Northwoods Motel is located on the south edge of Hayward on Hwy 27. While still in town, it is surrounded by trees. This location gives guests the best of being close to town AND having an up north feel. The motel provides its guests with an outdoor patio area in the summer and a fully stocked fire pit all year long!
It was purchased in June of 2025 by Stu and Denise Sinclair. They were looking for an opportunity to move into Wisconsin's beautiful northwoods after spending summers vacationing in the area. After stumbling upon the Northwoods Motel, they took the chance and moved their family to Hayward. You may see their kids helping out and welcoming guests around this cozy 9 room motel.
