Seasonal room rates range from $119.00 to $199.00 plus tax for two person occupancy. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional person per night.
Rollaway beds are not available.
Children 12 and under stay free when they stay in the same room with parents.
No pets. $100 cleaning fee for a room found to have a pet in it.
There is a 2 night minimum for Honor The Earth Pow Wow and Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival.
There is a 3 night minimum for Birkebeiner and Lumberjack World Championships.
Office hours are Mon thru Sat 7-9 am to 3-9 pm. / Sun 7-9am, 3- 5pm.
Check in time is Mon thru Sat 3pm - 9pm. / Sun 3pm - 5pm (later check-in available if requested)
Check out time is by 10am. Late checkouts will be charged another day.

Special Events 2025: Jan 9-10 Seeley Hills Classic. / Jan 23-24 Birkie Tour / Feb 17-23 Birkie Week / Feb. 27-28 Fat Bike Birkie / June 5-8 Epic Bike Race / Jul 17-19 Lumberjack Championships / Sept 18-19 Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival. The entire reservation will be billed the day you book. Deposits are taken because these are special event dates. Once we hold a room for you, we turn other guests away. Deposits are NOT transferable to different dates, and are NOT refundable. If you cancel, you FORFEIT your payment.
Other May 1st thru Oct 31st: Full payment is taken when the reservation is made. If cancellation is made with 3 days notice by 3 pm, a refund will be given minus a 1 night plus tax cancellation penalty. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given for any of the days.
Other Nov 1st thru Apr 30th: Payment will be taken at time of reservation. Guests are responsible for 3 days notice of cancellation. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given.
No Refunds will be given for early departures.

Photo ID and a major credit card in your name is required at check in.

CHECK OUT IS BY 10 AM. Late check outs will be charged another day.
