Northwoods Motel

  • Seasonal room rates range from $89.00 to $185.00 plus tax for two person occupancy. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional person per night.
  • Rollaway beds are not available.
  • Children 12 and under stay free when they stay in the same room with parents.
  • No pets
  • There is a 2 night minimum for Honor The Earth Pow Wow and Chequamegon Mountain Bike Festival.
  • There is a 3 night minimum for Birkebeiner and Lumberjack World Championships.
  • Office hours are Mon thru Sat 7am to 10pm. / Sun 7am to 5pm.
  • Check in time is Mon thru Sat 3pm to 10pm. / Sun 2pm to 5pm.
  • Check out time is by 10am. Late checkouts will be charged another day.

  • Special Events 2024: Jan 12-13 Seeley Hills Classic.  /  Jan 26-27 Birkie Tour  /  Feb 9-10 Pre-Birkie  /  Feb 19-25 Birkie Week  /  Mar 8-9 Fat Bike Birkie  /  Jun 7-8 Epic Bike Race  /  July 19-20 Pow Wow  /  Aug 1-2-3 Lumberjack Championships  /  Sept 13-14 Mt Bike Festival.  The entire reservation will be billed the day you book. Deposits are taken because these are special event dates. Once we hold a room for you, we turn other guests away. Deposits are NOT transferrable to different dates, and are NOT refundable. If you cancel, you FORFEIT your payment.
  • Other May 1st thru Oct 31st: Full payment is taken when the reservation is made. If cancellation is made with 3 days notice by 3pm, a refund will be given minus a 1 night plus tax cancellation penalty. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given for any of the days. 
  • Other Nov 1st thru Apr 30th: Full payment is taken when the reservation is made. If cancellation is made with 3 days notice by 3pm, a full refund will be given. With less than 3 days notice, no refund will be given.
  • No Refunds will be given for early departures.

Monday thru Saturday  =  7am to 10pm      /      Sunday  =  7am to 5pm

CHECK IN HOURS:

Monday thru Saturday  =  3pm to 10pm      /      Sunday  =  2pm to 5pm. Please call if you will be later than 5pm

Photo ID and a major credit card in your name is required at check in.

CHECK OUT IS BY 10AM. Late check outs will be charged another day.

Please honor our check in times. We do all the cleaning, maintenance, and grounds keeping ourselves. We have a lot to accomplish before you arrive to ensure you have the best stay possible. Thank you.
